YogaActivist(s) and Feature

- Sending cheers and gratitude to DC-based Yoga Activist for their support of yoga teachers, by providing a platform to share about our outreach, and so much more:

- Thank your for the support, grant, and inspiration.  Many thanks for the feature.  Many thanks to Kate Rice for editing, see link to article at the bottom.

- There are so many yogi/yoginis taking yoga beyond more traditional studio settings and to communities that may not easily have access to yoga.

Who are these fellow practitioners?
Why do they do the work they do?
How do they do it?
What are challenges, etc., etc.
Which community do they serve?

- I am inviting you to take a look at their page (see link  at the bottom).
- There are several posts on this blog related to my work in outreach in Vienna since October 2015 in which I thank so many who have supported/been part of this effort; it was unfortunately outside the scope of this interview to include the list.  Not much can be accomplished within a vaccumn.
- In the interview shared below I said that I am quite an introvert and there are specific challenges related to that, but what would life be without challenges?
- Also here is an update on the number of displaced people copied from Unrefugees.  The number sadly is growing.

Refugee Facts

A record 68.5 million people have been forced to flee their homes.

Thank you for your visit as always and would you please take a moment to honor those of us  affected by the refugees crisis and trauma in general and those who aid in easing suffering and pain.

Best and as we yogi/yoginis say, to the light in all of us.

B.
