Panicky Immune System - Global Warming/Climate Change

removing layers
It got so hot so quickly and both mornings, yesterday AND today,  I felt allergy symptoms coming on (only the third time or so in my 50+long life) during our walk in Central Park, but awarethat I have been having a bit of a cough for a while, I realized that it was my immune system getting panicky, the body's psychology, so interesting!  But the fragrance, just yum.

- Sniffle protocol to the rescue - it takes less than a minute and it did its magic, just like Marie-France Muller noted in her book*.  Despite dirty palms from touching Mowgli, I could do it right there and then - how convenient.

I just decided to take off my glasses, but I would have also managed leaving them on.

- How?  I used my knuckles, they remained clean.  I was not the only one sneezing.

Climate Change, Global Warming is real, sigh.

- How do those of us cope who do not own a healing arts tool kit?  It saddens and angers me.
That is one of the reasons why I continue to educate about Reflexology.  It is at our finger tips.  And a mindfulness practice such as yoga helps to be *present enough to notice the first signs of symptoms, that is key.

Thank you, Marie-France Muller!
- Oh the impacts, are of course, felt by our animals as well.  Mowgli was run down by the heat very quickly despite the fountains being on and got comfy at least three times, resting.  I had to give him multiple sessions to make him get up, but I really wanted to stay in the park as well, but the office was waiting.

- Am grateful every day for being a healing artist and being able to help myself and others non-invasively.

- My client who suffers from allergies was reminded last week about the protocol and she was very curious about testing it she said laughingly, and on the other hand, of course she'd rather not be impacted.

Thank you for visiting as always.

This may help you to shift from fight/flight to more ease:
- Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth on a ha sound, and two more times, then return to natural breathing and observe...
